Reasons for varying costs:
THE VENUE SIZE.
The size would determine what LIGHTING & P.A. we would need.
We are based in South Wales so if your chosen venue is more than one and a half hours from Caerphilly additional travel expenses would apply.
YOUR PERSONAL PACKAGE.
The option you choose for your event would also affect the final fee.
DO I PAY A BOOKING FEE?
A booking fee of 20% is required, the remainder to be paid at the event on arrival.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes! Public Liability Insurance as standard and all Electrical Equipment fully P.A.T. Tested as per Electrical Safety Regulations.
DO I PROVIDE A P.A. AND LIGHTING RIG?
We are fully self contained with our own state of the art P.A. and LIGHTING RIG, perfect for all venues big and small.
HOW LONG DO YOU PLAY FOR AND DO I NEED A D.J.?
The full band plays for 2 sets, 1 hour each. This is negotiable when booking if you require more. While the band is 'off stage' we provide music suitable via an ipod....no need for a D.J. However if you prefer to use a D.J. we will work together with regards to times and song selection, you wouldn`t want the same songs repeated!
CAN I PLAY MY OWN PLAYLIST?
Yes! Simply make your own on an ipod or similar device and we`ll play it through our P.A. for you.
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIAL SONG FOR THE BAND TO PLAY?
Yes! With an extensive set list we may already know it! But just in case, let us know as soon as possible.
